Welcome to JetBuz. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the JetBuz online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content and functionality made available via the website at jetbuz.cam and any related mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and JetBuz ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. JetBuz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on JetBuz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to, or use of, the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with JetBuz or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any nationally or internationally recognised gambling harm authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of JetBuz or any of its affiliated entities.

JetBuz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending review.

4.1 Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method or any combination thereof — are strictly prohibited. JetBuz may close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number. You must notify JetBuz promptly of any changes to your registration information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. JetBuz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the JetBuz support team immediately via the Help Centre or Live Chat.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

JetBuz operates mandatory KYC procedures in accordance with its AML obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following before deposits, withdrawals or full account access are permitted:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet or bank account).
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.

JetBuz reserves the right to restrict account activity — including imposing withdrawal holds — until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and reviewed.

5.1 Deposits

All Account balances on JetBuz are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. JetBuz does not accept deposits from third parties; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

The cashier references familiar local payment methods for contextual guidance, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Availability of specific payment methods must be verified at the point of use. None of these providers endorse, are affiliated with, or support JetBuz or any gambling service.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. JetBuz reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier.

Processing times vary by payment method. JetBuz targets prompt processing of approved withdrawal requests, but cannot guarantee exact timelines where delays result from third-party payment processors or compliance review requirements.

5.3 Refused Transactions

JetBuz reserves the right to refuse, reverse or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or violation of any applicable law. Funds subject to a hold may be retained pending investigation and, where confirmed as proceeds of fraud or prohibited activity, may be forfeited.

JetBuz offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback credits and loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, maximum bet restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

Promotional terms for each individual offer are published alongside the offer itself and should be read in conjunction with these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, device and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering results in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• JetBuz reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally necessary.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds by default, unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional structures through abuse, collusion or systematic wagering strategies may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

All bets and wagers placed on JetBuz are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant market or game. For sportsbook bets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC T20 tournaments, football, UFC and other markets — the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform govern settlement, void conditions and result verification.

For casino games and live dealer tables, the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface govern play. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the theoretical outcome expected by a User, the Platform's server-side record shall be the definitive reference point.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and confirmed once an on-screen confirmation reference is generated and displayed to the User. JetBuz is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, browser errors or device malfunctions on the User's side.

7.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

JetBuz reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error, including pricing errors attributable to technical faults or human input mistakes. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full. No winnings are payable on bets voided under this clause.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the relevant sportsbook market or game interface. JetBuz reserves the right to apply individual User-level stake restrictions at its discretion, including where patterns of play are inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JetBuz and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information, including falsified KYC documents.
• Using the Platform while under the minimum eligible age or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any technical tools to place bets or interact with the Platform outside of standard browser-based or app-based access.
• Colluding with other Users to generate artificial betting outcomes, bonus exploitation or any form of matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the technical integrity of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not explicitly authorised in writing by JetBuz, including operating as an agent accepting bets on behalf of third parties.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct directed at JetBuz staff or other users via any support or communication channel.

JetBuz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a suite of responsible gambling tools available to all registered users directly from the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform without committing to full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and applied platform-wide.

JetBuz enforces an 18+ age restriction — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — and does not knowingly permit minors or self-excluded individuals to access the Platform. All content on the JetBuz Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, data compilations, software and the overall Platform design — is the property of JetBuz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of JetBuz.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JetBuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits or reputational harm — even where JetBuz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

JetBuz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which JetBuz accepts no liability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits JetBuz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the JetBuz support team via the Help Centre or Live Chat. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of open bets and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering conditions will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

JetBuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — and withhold or forfeit balances — in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms or any specific platform rules.
• Fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Activity that creates disproportionate commercial risk for the Operator.

Where an Account is closed by JetBuz due to a breach of these Terms, the Operator reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Legitimate balances not determined to be proceeds of prohibited activity will be returned following the conclusion of the review process.

JetBuz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JetBuz will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, by email to the address registered on your Account, or by both means. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JetBuz holds its operating license. Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such disputes.

Nothing in this clause prevents JetBuz from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
